[Case] Support for Revamping Communication Plan
Utilizing marketing automation and BI tools! A case study on the centralization of databases.
The customer transaction data is abundant, and while we have proposed a policy to enhance customer retention as part of improving customer experience, effective communication was not visible due to the databases being separate. Therefore, we implemented the unification of the databases that were managed separately by each department using a new data management method. From the newly integrated database, we conducted data analysis and mining, not only to identify loyal customers but also to discover new persona profiles and develop new communication plans and customer journeys. Additionally, we also realized the utilization of newly introduced marketing automation.
